After more than 15 years working in estate and household management, we have seen the same problem time and again.

Good households being let down by poor recruitment.

So we decided to do it properly.

Redwood was set up by people who have actually hired, managed, and relied on private staff.

We know what works, what doesn’t, and how costly the wrong hire can be.

Since launching, we’ve grown into a small, dedicated team, working closely with a limited number of clients at any one time. We don’t chase volume. We focus on fit.
